Sense of Taste

I purchased 30 cans of the XXXX Bitter to be delivered to Melbourne as we cannot get this here. I purchased this as a gift and thankfully it arrived just in time however I am really disappointed in the lack of communication this business has to offer. They say you can contact them via their online chat and through their emails, however no one ever responds. I tried contacting them through their social media pages and recieved one message to say they would look into my enquiry but I never got a response back. My reason for contacting the company was to see when my order will be posted as I had not heard about my order for over a week. The only way they responded to me was via their phone number. The first time I called the employee didn't seem to know what to do about the situation and informed me that due to Black Friday orders they were running behind. Such a great looking store. Staff are so helpful. The location is perfect and an amazing selection to pick from. Love that they have a selection of cheeses.

So much variety! Cheese platters available and their own beer brewing section out the back.
