New logo and zero change most unprofessional business i have had to deal with I have had to call them 9 times over a billing mistake on their end. Get promised it will be solved on next bill but 4 months in a row it has not. Had a staff member promise it would be fixed and staff would over see this. When staff failed i called and spoke with management who promised i would only deal with this person to prevent more wasted time re explaining things but everytime i call this person is in a meeting and staff refuse to have this person call back or let me hold till this person is out.
