"WARNING DO NOT BUY MADE TO MEASURE" I brought my wedding dress from here and 1 week before my wedding the dress was a disaster. The dress was way too big, poorly made with the stitching coming undone. I had my first meeting with the seamstress and after the first lot of alterations the dress had to go back for more. The seamstress was annoyed that no one contacted them to tell them I was coming in to the store to try the dress on after they had done the first lot of alterations as they like to be there to make sure everything was ok (in my case it wasn't). The seamstress was also shocked to find out that my dress was a "Made to measure" and said they should only be doing minor alterations not be pulling the whole dress apart. I got married a few weeks ago and got my bridal an bridesmaid gowns from this shop. Service was excellent and the girls were very helpful with advise on choosing a gown that would suit and look good on my bridesmaids. They suggested a great seamstress in Cleveland for my bridesmaids gowns and she was so lovely and I would definately go to her again. My gown was made to measure so any alterations that were needed for my big day were included in the price which was great and I didnt have to worry about any extra hidden costs. Highy recommended

For my wedding, we ordered 5 dresses in total (2 different styles) we were given rough estimates by the salesperson, of when delivery would be. Three of the dresses arrived within the given time. However the remaining two dresses went over and the only answer I was given was there on the way (wasn't sure at this point if they would make it before the wedding as we had ordered in plently of time). Finally two weeks before my wedding they arrived and we were able to take them to be hemmed. The other three dresses were also need to be hemmed and the padding removed from the bust area. The dresses were perhaps tried on 3 times 4 max for this.

We ordered our 2 bridesmaids dresses and our 3 junior dresses from here. The Junior dresses came in on time, however the 2 bridesmaids dresses were very late, we only had 2 weeks to get them altered before the Wedding. We kept calling to ask when they would be in and kept being promised, just 1 more week - for 4 weeks.
On the wedding day, 2 of the junior bridesmaids dress zips broke - making these unwearable 1 hour before it was time to leave. Needless to say this was not an helpful situation, when the 2 girls had to be sent away to an alterations place and they missed out on photos with the bride and helping her get ready. Really disappointed in the quality and the lack of customer service. I have sent them pictures of the ruin dresses, with no response. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I went here recently to get her a dress for a wedding we had to go to. There was a huge range and the staff were very helpful and understanding of what she wanted.
