Their website states: "a high level of after sales service and support if required." When we had the worker over to install the reverse osmosis filter, we called for support during business hours but were told that we had to wait for the person who could help us to come into the office. we called a few times after waiting a an hour and explained that we were being charged by the hour for our plumber and if they could let us know asap. then we received a call back from an irrate staff saying we were rude to the staff on the phone and they abused our worker then abused us in language I wouldn't want to repeat and then they wouldn't help us, they said we could **** return the product. This is disgraceful and we recommend giving this company a miss.
Thanks so much for leaving this feedback. We were wondering who called and was so rude to the young lady in the office that they reduced her to tears. She gave me the message so i called your plumber back and said we weren't prepared to assist rude people who are so crass, uncouth and unmannered to make the sweet helpful lass in our office cry. The plumber said that it wasn't him that was rude and that he`d get you to call back. You called back 4 times and in every conversation told me to F*** off. I'm not sure about you but we don`t do these things in our family. We have you on record now so don`t ever call us again.
Best service and all the staff are very knowledgeable and willing the help! Also I have found that alot of other companies use lesser quality housings, filters and fittings, these guys have done the research and testing to make sure their products are reliable and quality!!
