Serendipity Hair at Lilydale

I and my wife went to Serendipity Hair at short notice and got great service from two of the ladies. We both got our hair washed and our hair trimmed. We needed to look good for a birthday party the same day, and we sure did. We highly recommend them. We were offered drinks, including a hot chocolate. We shall be visiting again, alternating with our regular hairdresser as we have no wish to leave her in the lurch. Charles and Milena from Mount Evelyn.

Day has to be planned around hair being done. Never walked out without costing more then 230 plus. Wrong colour but offered to fix for almost another 200. But that equal out to 35 dollars an hour for sitting in their chair. I gave Several tries. Last time no offer of coffee or water after sitting for 4 and a half hours. Customer next to me complained it wasn't what she expected but was talked into it by taking her outside and showing the sun makes the colour look better. My colour got mixed up with the colour that was fixed the second time. Owner works harder then anyone in there. 2 out of 4 times was what I wanted.

I Have been comming her for almost 2 years now and the girls have always done a wonderful job! I've had everything from cuts and colours to tape in hair extensions and I've always been happy with the end result. I highly recommend all the girls, very friendly and professional.

I had the best time here today. Such lovely staff and funny as funny! I loved the cut, they had some great advice on colour and I'll definitely be back!

I discovered this salon recently and brought my daughter in for the start of a girls day, she is 8 years old and both her and I were treated wonderfully. All the staff are so lovely and the cut and color I received is wonderful, I truly couldn't be happier. My daughters hair cut is perfect and she was also treated with having her hair braided and curled. Wonderful salon, wonderful staff and fantastic service! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
