When going to a beauty salon clients want to feel pampered and enjoy the experience form start to finish. I will never return to this salon due to the lack of customer service and professionalism from the staff. A cheap salon not to be used if you want to have a great experience. 20 minutes late starting the appointment with no apology or explanation by staff, no offer of a drink or magazine whilst I waited. When I said that I was already 15 minutes late to the a staff, the other two staff thought it was funny and made me feel silly. Angry and not relaxed at all I went through with the treatment though I do wish I have walked out at the beginning. A few tips, you need to work on your customer service, up selling techniques and make your salon have a better atmosphere. How about starting with some new fresh towels for the treatment rooms, some tea for the waiting area and some magazines!!!
