Worst haircut ever. A total waste of my time and money.

When I called up to make a booking, I was told I'd get a 'senior' hairdresser for a cut and colour. On the day, I asked for a haircut with lots of layers and a colour that's lighter than what was on my head at the time. However, the hairdresser I got, as friendly as she was, kept talking and fluffing around - obviously not the experienced type who knows what they're doing. Very expensive and nails barely last a day without chipping
