Yummy pasta!!!

Service was below Average, Steaks were not cooked to our preference well over done! Wait times in between meals were terrible but everyone around us seemed to be served in a timely manner, Nobody came and took our order for the first 20 minutes we were seated. Until we grabbed their attention. Serrano management if you ever take it upon yourself to read your reveiws Please take it on board.. Clean up your act, train up your servers, better your food quality and be fussy on clean food and for god sake CLEAN UP THE TOILETS.

All I can say is YUM!!

My family & I dine out at least twice a week and of all places this has to be one of my favourites. Food is ALWAYS fresh & always cooked to perfection. Have been there at least 12 times & always leave satisfied. Definitely worth what you pay. Try the Basa Fillet with creamy lemon sauce by far my favourite!!!

We chose this place for our last minute anniversary dinner. We walked in and were pleasantly greeted by a young man behind the counter. That was the highlight of our night. We were told by a another staff to sit where we wanted as staff handed us our menus. We sat down at the cleanest looking table, and found it really sticky. We then waited 20 mins for service while other customers were seated and asked immediately what drinks they would like. Finally as one of these couples seated later than us was served their entree, we got the attention of the wait staff and told them we would like to order drinks and a meal. "yep what do u want" was the reply in a rude tone. We ordered bruschetta and a steak each, one a rare rib eye and one medium rump. 15 mins later a pizza with prawns was bought to our table and we told the staff it was not ours. Tonight is the last time I will ever give this restaurant a chance.
Overcooked chicken, cold chips had to be replaced, then I find a nice big long hair in my salad.
Absolutely disgraceful.
