Named after the first colonial settlement, the site of which Circular Quay was built on, and located in the historical AMP Building, Settlement on Quay just seemd like the perfect naming choice for such an amazing location and venue.
The three brothers behind Settlement on Quay started their restaurant/cafe/bar business roots at the well known CBD hot spot - Avenue on Chifley. Known as the 'Barbaro boys'. Phillip, Stephen and Anthony have put their heart and soul into their business, the results of which have definitely shown through.
This is a brilliant hidden spot for coffee. The quality of the coffee is second to none. The food is also a treat. It is in the AMP building in the Quay. Good spot to have a meeting for business folk or just a nice little place to stop during a day of sightseeing.
It also does after work drinks and often has a dj. Can get a bit loud but pretty good place for a quick drinky.
Hidden under the AMP building, this cafe makes some of the best coffee in the city area. A favourite among the business folks, this cafe is busy right from opening, offering up great coffee and delicious food!! The staff will always look after you and once you go a few times, will remember you and your order. A place to go if you are around the Quay!!
