Disgusting service. I don't know how this business is even qualified to care for pets. He was supposed to transport my pup to toowoomba airport but failed to pick her up over a period of 7 hours leaving her starving. Totally careless and didn't even bother to call to say he was not picking her up. Wouldn't answer the phone in that period of 7 hours.
Extremely irresponsible business.

Mark and team are excellent, our dogs get so excited when they visit so we know he takes great care of them. Highly recommend for both dogs and cats.

I have used this business for my dogs for many years and they get excites when they know they are there amd greet the owner and his staff like family. Always happy, healthy and clean when collected. Recommend highly. Great service and lovely people. Wouldn't trust my fur babies anywhere else in this area.
