A Big thank you to Ivy and her co workers for caring for our sick dog while staying at the kennels. She went out of her way to care for our loved pet like her own. We will be eternally grateful for her attention and great way everything was handled. Highly recommend Sevenoaks to anyone

A massive thank you to Ivy at Sevenoaks! Due to the loss of our beautiful girl Moo-Moo, (mastif cross) last week I am now a neurotic, over bearing, protective mother of a 2yo Jack Russel! A week after her passing we had to travel to Kalgoorlie for a family commitment, and having researched kennels in the area, getting great reviews by family members and speaking to Ivy on the phone i decided on Sevenoaks. Due to our travel times Ivy even went out of her way to schedule his pickup early so we could get on the road home!

Thank you to the two lovely ladies that work / run seven oaks boarding kennels. I have never boarded an animal before and was very worried that she would not get treated as she would from me at home. On arrival I was greeted by very pleasant lady and even thought they were very busy with many people waiting to check their animals in, Time was taken to listen to my instructions in regards to feeding as I took my dogs own food as not to change her diet. On arrival I found the two lovely ladies busy away at work but very happy to stop and answer all my questions in regards to my dogs stay. I was quiet upset when one lady went to bring my dog to me and my dog seemed more interested in playing and running around having the time of her life in the middle yard and was not one bit interested in me. my dog obviously has been treated extremely well and enjoyed her stay. Thank you Ivy for service above and beyond. When we were away from Kalgoorlie, you found our much loved pet. It was easter and you showed compassion and kindness, working after hours and putting yourself out, identifying and collecting Boogie and keeping him safe for our return. His loss and re-discovery is too long a tale for a review, but suffice to say we had had more than one conversation over several weeks and your advice was instrumental in us locating our cat.
