Do not recommend this store, I have been a regular customer for the past 2 years but what I have experienced today has gone way beyond the point. Elegant dress was taken up a few months ago incorrectly which is why i went back today, the straps had to be adjusted but for some unknown reason the left strap had been unstitched. I have never worn it and when i confronted the workers they had the cheek to say it wasn't there fault which it's complete lies. They could not give me a straight reason to why the dress had came apart and blamed me for saying it could be where you bought the item, hard to believe them when myer is an absolute wonderful shop. I would suggest going to another store by the name of phoenix clothing alterations at stud park, overall experience with them was exceptionally understanding and nice.
