Must be new management then. The shoe mark was a substance like machine oil and did not come out, even with Nappisan and a variety of other stain removers. The items were all crushed and had obviously been lying on the floor before they were tossed into a bag...unless they make a special effort to trample on clothes once they have put them in a bag? I reiterate my statement that, if you value your clothing, you should take them somewhere else.
Incidentally, $45 for three hems is not an outstanding price...you can get cheaper hemming done in the outlet somewhere. And THEY actually trim the garment with an even edge close to the overlocking. And the trimmed edge is straight. AND you don't have to spend a lot of time, trouble and effort to have the garment cleaned and restored to a condition where it is fit to wear again!
Do NOT use this company! Take the extra time to go to Glenferrie Road! I took three brand new items in to be hemmed. It cost 45 dollars! The trimming done was rough as guts and the third garment had been thrown on the floor and walked on by someone with oil on their shoe ... the footprint of the shoe is clearly recognisable and the marks will not wash out! They have no respect for your property and they charge you to get them back once they have damaged your property! NOT HAPPY!
