I won't recommend them to anyone. Very rude and manipulative staff. The machine was in warranty for five years, had an issue after few months. Took it back and they made a bill of $230 without informing you. Who does that ? Are we liable to pay you whatever amount you come up with ? Haven't seen any business to fix something without letting their customers know that how much would it cost them ! Although my machine is in warranty and they mentioned it initially that it may cost around $20 to fix the part but they put $150 service charges to diagnose it.

Thank you for your review. Just to be clear for everyone else's information, your machine was damaged from misuse and poor quality consumables. There were no defective parts that needed to be replaced and therefore no claims on the warranty were needed. The machine was due for a service and that is what was carried out. You were informed with the terms and conditions at the time of dropping the machine off. At no time were we rude and I have no idea how we can be manipulative? You disagreed with our terms and rather than argue with you, I respectfully invited you to contact Fair Trading so they could mediate between both parties. I take it they told you something you didn't want to hear so you resort to bad-mouthing us online. Very disappointing that you would do this.
I would not recommend this buisness to anyone....My machine was left for weeks and never repaired.... When I rang to enquire the staff were very abrupt and rude...Very poor customer service and a dissapointing result as I picked up the machine the same as I left it with the repairs still not completed.
Hi Jennifer, I can see you are out to cause some damage. I am not sure why you aren't telling the truth though? You dropped your machine into us for a fairly difficult job. Your machine is 40 years old and has a broken switch. It had been dangerously hard-wired by someone else and you asked us to return it to factory standard. We were happy to do that as we are the only store around that has a licenced electrician on site. Normally this sort of work can take a couple of weeks as we have to source parts which are no longer available new. After 3 days you had called twice asking if it was ready but the parts were a while off. You asked if it would be ready in another two days in which we couldn't promise. You then told us not to go ahead and that you would pick it up. You picked up the machine as you had indicated and all was ok. We weren't rude to you in anyway, in fact You even apologised to us for being rude. If you would like us to do the job, we still can, just not in one week
