Not happy not impressed. Many emails and phone calls. No response. Left multiple messages. No response. My purchase was in stock never received. After Googling this business I found that it's a standard practice. Unbelievable zero stars.

I made an order recently from these guys, since they're local to Melbourne. A day later, they email me to apologise for a system error, they're out of stock of the item I ordered. No stress, responded immediately and agreed to their suggested alternative. Another day later, heard nothing further.
After calling today, they've still not processed the order or dispatched anything, and stated that nothing will be done today.
Three business days from the point of order to dispatch, when they're advertising (and I'm paying for) express post. I feel let down. Can't see any reason to order anything from them again.
P.S. It's polite to state your name when answering the phone.
Really happy with the product range these guys had on offer. Great prices. Customer service was excellent - fast and responsive. The package I ordered was delivered overnight, and fast imho. Discreet plain package. Prices were better than where I used to shop. Really couldn't ask for much more! - keep up the good work Sex Toys 247 !!!
