Sexy Nails

Shocking service. I had a manicure, pedicure and spray tan. The polish would not dry (even after two hours). I’ve been in the salon before where other have had this problem, too. They fill out their polish with cheap acetone to make it last longer and as such this means the polish takes hours and hours to dry.
Further, my spray tan was a disaster. I returned home and after waiting the allocated time; I then showered. The entire tan came off in the shower. I returned to the salon on the same day in the afternoon. They refused a refund and said they could only redo another tan that day, which I of course was not going to do.
An absolute waste of $75. I will be taking this up with the department of fair trading as I am entitled to a refund.

I regularly visit the Rozelle store and have always been extremely happy with the waxing and mani and pedis.

The staff are always friendly and very attentive especially with pedicures where they go the extra mile to not only provide a great final polish but each step is expertly done.
You get to keep the nail files, nail brush and pumice sponge if you like, I have never been offered this elsewhere, and means you not only get an extra little bonus to take home but are guaranteed that maintaining an exceptionally high standard of hygiene is important to this salon. As soon as I came I was asked to choose the colour and have a seat without even asking what I would prefer to do. One girl started my pedicure and the other started my manicure. They were continuously talking in Vietnamese which was really annoying and unprofessional. When I told the lady I am here for Gel manicure she became so frustrated when she heard that she removed my nail polish in a very harsh manner and also during the Gel manicure she was very rude and unfriendly.
Over all a very bad experience would never come back or refer anyone.

Very poor service. Hardly one word was said to me during my pedicure, just prods, grunts and pushes and then I was moved out of the massage chair to sit on a stool in another room just as soon as the last brush stroke was finished. I had booked my appointment and expect to have the appropriate time allotted to me rather than ushering me out before it was finished. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I have been going to their shop for over 3 years and have noticed a real lack service recently. They do not even say hello now , or yes I can do that for you please sit down , it is just \' Choose colour\' ! The pedicures are very half hearted and a waste of time. The constant insistence on cutting back cuticles on finger and toes is risky and unnecessary . The cuticles are there for a reason ! The acrylic nails are not bad but apart from that nothing else in its favour! Needless to say I won\'t be going back.
