It's like they are giving medical advice for the very first time. In the shortest amount of time they can. They wouldn't want to deal with a serious medical issue, they're not up to it.

Horrible service. The GP would not take into consideration what I had to say and frankly I struggled to understand what he was saying. Very frustrating and shall be taking my business elsewhere.

After following a previously good Gp from her practice to this center I put up with the long wait times. Queue jumpers, Dr picking and choosing who she sees and when, spending long times chatting to others in the office etc. Have moved to an non bulkbilling clinic with proper GP's and nice reception staff, where you can make an appointment! So

The only upside is the path,and xray on site if needed.

At 7.30pm, after bought some medicine for our sick daughter, she wanted to go to the toilet. We went into the clinic thought we could let my daughter quickly use the toilet. However the door was locked and when I asked the receptionist Chole, she turned her cold face and asked if we were seeing a doctor. I said not this time, and she said "no, you cant use it if you are not seeing a doctor" How ridiculous , even when I explained it is for the kid, she still refused. Ok fine, if we have to see a doctor to be able to use the toilet then we can see a doctor. Bulking bill anyway? She gave us the access code after we provided our medicare card. I was so angry and I asked her if a disabled person coming in is she going to refuse them from using the toilet if they are not seeing a doctor, She said the same thing and keep sayimg it is the policy of the centre???
I cant believe it is actually a medical centre, they only care about the revenue

Dr was so lovely a bit of a wait (maybe they need to employ more Drs). BUT the reception staff are so RUDE. The girl with long dark hair, fake tan and glasses needs further training in customer service. If you don’t like sick people don’t work there. No empathy and very very very rude. I cannot express enough every time I’ve seen her HOW RUDE SHE IS! Maybe try secret client to see for yourself. Just a suggestion ??
