Sezar Restaurant
Was at Sezar over the weekend for celebrate a birthday. Session time was a bit later than usual dinner time but it wasn't too bad at 8:30pm when you are with great company. The first course for appetisers was spring rolls and a fish that had egg on it which was absolutely delicious. That all went down really quickly. The second course that came out was my favourite, the scallops and the crab dumpling. That dumpling was so full of flavour, soft and creamy. Followed by beef skewers with yogurt dipping sauce, followed by slow cooked lamb which was so massive by that time we were all too full to eat everything. Sezar is a great hidden little gem on the Paris end of Melbourne CBD. It has shot up to my top tens in Melbourne and I have since been twice, and still continues to please today. The menu is Armenian inspired and apparently its run by ex=Ezard souz chef. The lamb was very tasty and flavorful and the modern bakalava dessert was heavenly. Definitely worth visiting!
