I went to Shacks Holden in Fremantle with my wife to view a car, we ended up purchasing the car. A part of the deal wwas for a bonnet and headlight protector be fitted and window tinting too.
Window tinting was done prior to pickup however no bonnet and headlight protectors.
Queried about the lack of headlight and bonnet protectors, apparently, the person the request was made through was off work sick.
A few days latter my wife said that the salesperson had rang her and told her that we just needed to go to KIA to have the parts fitted.
I rang the dealer back, the story had now changed, I had to order the parts and arrange to have them fitted. Shacks would not be covering the cost event ...read more
After a 32 point service and a repair of a coolant leak. I suspect that they did little if anything. I was not provided a full report of the inspection, air con doesn't work properly after being assured it was fine, and gone through the coolant in 1 month - suggesting the leak has not been repaired. Very Frustrated to put it politely.
