Shades Of Art

I ducked into shades of art this afternoon on my lunch break to buy some paper for some invitations. No one was in the store when i entered, i went and found the paper i wanted and stood at the counter. No one came. I could see people in the back room through the window so i walked towards them and was given the sho away. They must have been in a class so i went back to the counter. A woman apprered from another back area on the phone. She stood on the other side of the counter to me and continued to talk on the phone about her dinner for another 13 minutes (yes i was annoyed and timed it) she got off the phone eventually, no apology no how are you!
I wasted half of my lunch break for this terrible customer servie. I wont be going back
