As I tell everyone - I'm so lucky this is my local spa but Id travel across Sydney for it if it wasn't. I'm incredibly fussy and this is the only team I trust with my skin, my black tie/gala/event preparations and my relaxation needs. They have pampering down to a fine art!
Incredibly hard to get an appointment here as I feel there are preferences given. Service given is not so great considering the price point of the services. Staff are inconsistent with the treatments and they are varied depending who you have, a big no no in this industry. They really need to pick up the game to match the treatment menu with value
