Unprofessional and waste of time.
Signed contract and handed over thousands of dollars deposit after being told should be only a few weeks to start job.
No communication for 51 days(90 day contract), decided to email company for update- waited 10 days without reply before phoning.
Finally spoke to Jamie, said he would call back a couple of days later to discuss start date, never heard back.
Received generic email after 76 days from start of contract advising delay, and Jamie would contact us – never happened.

RUDE!
Shamrock Roofing installed a completely new roof for us about 2 years ago; their website clearly states a 6 yr warranty. Recently it leaked during a period of rain and when we called to ask about the leak, they were very rude, highly obstructionist and used very aggressive language.
Even on their "Why Choose Shamrock roofing" webpage, they say "You get a stylish new roof & can sleep easy come any stormy night!" - NOT unless you wake up during rain and see water coming down your wall on the inside of your house!
I absolutely cannot recommend Shamrock Roofing.
Shamrock Roofing Company Victoria have not received any calls or emails regarding this complaint. Shamrock Roofing have strict Warranty protocols in place to address any concerns from valued clients. This person should ring our office to arrange a site visit so that we can resolve the issue.
BEWARE !
After reading good reviews I decided to give the job to Shamrock Roofing. Both the management and the written quote CLEARLY stated that material to be used was Bluescope Steel product.
The job was nearly completed when by my own investigation I discovered that product fitted was in fact not quality Bluescope Steel but an lesser, cheaper Chinese import. This was confirmed independently.
My advice to potential customers is to check that the material is clearly marked with the manufacturers name. i.e.. Bluescope.
Don't get caught out with inferior imports when in actually being charged for quality!
Under the circumstances, I can not recommend Shamrock Roofing Company.

Shamrock Roofing Company Victoria only use Australian-made materials. All Roofing materials are Bluescope Steel and come with a 25 year Warranty. This home-owner has not made any contact with the Shamrock Roofing office regarding this complaint. All valued clients receive response as per our strict Warranty Protocols. We encourage this person to make contact with our Head Office.
