?Sales Customer Service Fail? •• I rang Shannons Sales with a question about CTP and I also wanted to purchase comprehensive insurance. Throughout the entire call their representative was unhelpful, dismissive of me, aggressive towards me and unwilling to stop talking over the top of me, despite me asking him not to, and to allow me to finish my question. He was unwilling to answer the questions I had asked him and instead gave a completely different answer to a question I had never asked. Ultimately deciding that he could not help me and would not answer my question. He was so caught up in his own belligerent behaviour he didn't even make a sale for the comprehensive insurance I rang to purchase. I then rang GIO who were super helpful who made that sale Shannons didn't. ?
