Being an avid fan of bubble tea, I'm utterly disappointed in this stores products as well as their customer service. While ordering a pearl milk tea I expected a delicious drink, only to be served something a kin to artifical tasting creamer. Not only that, the staff was extremely rude especially when I tried to redeem a coupon found in the local news magazine. Intially I was not given the discount I was entitled and presented with some rude quips from the staff members. Only after I mentioned conversing with the head office was I given a partial discount (not what was promised on the coupon). I now refuse to visit this store.
Located in the food court of Westfield Liverpool, their shop was pretty busy with customers when I was there. I ordered the lychee green tea and taro milk tea. There was a bit of wait but it's within reasonable time. I found that their standard of sweetness is still pretty sweet. My drink were still too sweet for my liking even though they're only 30% and 50% sweetness. Flavourwise they are yum! Especially the taro milk tea.
Pricewise, it's overpriced in my opinion.
