Rude staff working behind counter. Our 2 flake fillets and chips took 20 minutes to get to us even though no one else was in there! Batter was bad (soggy) & chips tasted strange..cooked in old, nasty oil? Also, no tomato or tartar sauce provided, and we were charged later on when we asked for some.
The staff behind the counter also burnt another customers hamburger buns then scuffled into the back room to scrape off all the burnt crap for 2 minutes. Sorry but that's just despicable. How much bun was left?! Truly wacky! Truly cheap!
