We purchased a gift voucher for my mothers birthday, not from Scoopon or anywhere else, full price at the salon for $140. They had run out of vouchers so the staff pulled a random old one from the drawer, whited out some of the details and used that. When my mother turned up to use the voucher they basically accused her as the voucher number didn't match up to what they had on their books. She called me almost in tears and after I explained what happened when I purchased the voucher the rude staff said 'fine you can use it'. Due to the way she was treated we asked for our money back instead and were refused so poor mum had to sit there and have her hair done by this awful staff. She's been going there for 20 years, absolutely appalling service. Never again, DON'T GO THERE!
I have been visiting Sharp Edge Salon in Forrestfield weekly for the past 4 years and over this time have established a wonderful repore with the owner of the business. I myself run a very successful relationship counselling business and are very astute with people and their authenticity. This is one of the reasons I constantly go to Sharp Edge because At ALL TIMES their service has been absolutely professional and respectful, in fact the owner often comes in after hours to fit me in because my practice is such long hours. I find it incredible that people would go to such lengths to write negative reviews on a business that clearly takes pride in their service and I would question what the agenda is behind posting negative reviews.
