Sharp Street Fish & Chips

Decided to look for somewhere new as our usual fish and chip place has been falling in quality and service. Walking in here on a Friday night to find it empty did not bode well. Most fish and chip shops are packed on a Friday evening. I'd placed a phone order and asked for crispy chips; they were anything but. It was obvious that they don't know that you have to have your oil heated to a higher temperature. The fish was so greasy and soggy it had stuck to the paper, the chips were soggy, the chicko roll was barely cooked. There was no salads available and the Tartare sauce was very peculiar. Will bypass this one in future.

Called in my order, still had to wait for 2 walk in customers to be served before me. Order was wrong, everything was overcooked. Not overly happy at this point. Never returning.

Sometimes bad when trying to get through just rings and rings on days they are open like today on Tuesday but other then that 100% great food and work members

If you want the best fish and best souvlaki you should get ur self up and go to sharp street fish n chips. This is the best shop and the cleanest shop I have went too. The owners are also so friendly.

Chips are fresh, fish is lovely. Great service. Recommend.
