I wouldn't go back if you paid me! This has been the worst, most distressing experience of my life.
I walked into the salon to 3 staff talking in another language for 5 minutes before I had to interrupt them to say that I was here for an appointment. One of them asked me to take a seat while they proceeded to talk for another 10 minutes before taking me into the beauty room. It was now almost 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment.
I had booked in for the works because I was going on holiday the follow day. I asked the staff to start with my upper lip because it always goes pretty red. I will never go back!! Accepted a full body am hour before closing. Rushed through, gave me half a Brazilian, amount of patchy hair is ridiculous, waxed half my face almost, legs is full of spiky hair. Did my whole stomach when I asked for them to keep to only the middle and didn't even do my arms!! All for almost $150!!!! Terrible

Please don't use them even in a desperate situation!!!!! Had my eyebrows threaded. I went in, there were 3 staffs working there, all standing together and chatting away. It was very quiet and they said they could thread my eyebrows straightaway. BUT the staff threaded my eyebrows in 2 very different shapes. One side was so thin. When I went back to the reception to complain the staff serving me was very rude and said it will grow back again without any reaction. No apology given, just rude. I demanded a discount and they took $4 off from $17. NO PROFESSIONALISM what so ever.

I have previously been to this business to get my eyebrows and lip waxed.
