Also ensure that quote covers everything (read the fine print)
Make it clear that final payment will only be made upon completion of job otherwise like us, your 2-3 week job will still be half done at 9 weeks and dept of fair trading will need to get involved.

As I've said before , never had any dramas in 6.5 years of trading , the client is the one with the mood changes, raving about quality and progress one minute, then changes the next. Nothing mentioned about quality just timing.
