I am delighted to say I have been receiving the most excellent service at Shaverman continually for 5 years.
The staff are very friendly, polite and so knowledgeable of the products.
I go there every 3 months or more as I have done for 5 years and I can honestly say I have received the most excellent service each and every time.
I leave there feeling good every time.
I cannot recommend this place enough to everyone.
They are always very busy and I know why.
People enjoy going there.

APPALLING SERVICE. I struggled to give even half a star to them, they were that terrible. I waited almost 5 months on a rice cooker part order, checking in with them about once a month. In the beginning I thought I'd give them time, believing the problem was at the manufacturer's end. I called once a month for the following four months. Every time, the staff blamed the manufacturer for the order not being filled in "the last delivery" (same excuse every time) then would ask me (EVERY TIME I CALLED) whether I wanted to place a new order. When I finally said I wanted to cancel the order, the staff on the other end outright abused me, asking me why I had even called, and to NEVER CALL THEIR SHOP BACK AGAIN!!! I went through a Melbourne distributor instead and they were lovely and super efficient. It is incredible that some people think this is how a business should be run.
