Very friendly staff and proactive about keeping me informed. They went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly and found them very competitively priced. I would certainly use them again.

Booked this company 6 weeks ahead for 7:30am and confirmed 3 days before. 8am they hadn't arrived. they told us they booked us for 9:30 as they were finishing another job. they said they will get back to us to sort something out. I heard nothing until 9:30 then to find out that they have two more jobs to do and can only get to us by 1pm. As our move would take at least 5-6+ hours this was not good enough for us as we have a six month old baby. Called the office and they were rude and not willing to help us out. Not recommended

They damaged my furniture over charged and then when i called the management to advise what happened they yelled at me . They were rude and definitely someone you dont want to move you. Be careful of these people.

I've used these guys four times over the last 5 years and always found them to be excellent. Very polite and easy to work with. I've always moved with one load, either into a unit with stairs or a terrace and never had a problem. Two thumbs up!

Unfortunately, I have to give this removal business a bad review as I had a terrible experience with them. I moved one bedroom only half an hour across town and were charged $500. The business had management assured me it would not take any more than three hours and told me it would cost around $300. The guys showed up, they packed the truck and then we set out for the storage unit, me driving in my car. It was mid-morning, with no traffic, and my car reached the storage unit quickly. For some reason, I then had to wait around at the storage place for forty-five minutes for them to show up - I was charged for this time with no explanation or apology. When they finally arrived, they seemed to move at a snail's pace to unload. When they handed me the huge bill, I didn't want to argue with them, and just paid by credit card, thinking I had been mistakenly overcharged and that I could contact the management and sort it out.
