Shead Property Matters

The worst ever property management company. If you are a renter you may have no choice in who the owner has picked as their company. But if you are with Shead Chatswood and your property manager is GW, at least ask for a different person. He doesn't answer phone calls and when he does he is surly and not interested. If you are thinking aobut listing your apartment with Shead Chatswood, your renters won't be very happy.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. If you like being ignored and having good tenants avoid renting your property because of their service, then I highly recommend you look elsewhere

I have to say Shead Property is by far the most unhelpful company I had to deal with. For almost two months I've been calling for my dryer and d.washer to be repaired. I keep getting voice messages and staff who keep saying to call back later because they're out to lunch. I later found out through another staff they're actually just sitting in their desk who them transferred me to that person. A few weeks later after they said they send a repairman which never came they have the nerve to tell me the appliance have been replaced and I was wrong. It's been almost two months now and apparently they've forgotten the whole situation and had to report it again. Poor effort Shead.

Extremely unprofessional and rude.



I wouldn't recommend anyone to go through them at all, even when they were wrong they wouldn't apologies for their mistake, instead they bark at you.



Very unpleasant experience with them, I have better agent before and will never go through Shead in Chatswood again.

Shead Property, Very rude and unprofessional. Upon reaching an agent in order to make an enquiry the agent laughed for most conversation and then terminated the call suddenly meaning I had to call back moments later just to get a contact email address in which I rang up for in the first place to lodge my personal details. Absolutely 0/10 for demeanour and manners.
