Sheapro is an online retailer of beauty and hair supplies, with a diverse range of products that are hard to find elsewhere. This was the reason that I - a newcomer to e-commerce - chose to shop there. Credit-card ordering was fast, easy and trustworthy, but despite an excellently clear and professional online ordering system, paypal presented a problem. Their specified account did not accept payments; their staff could not access the record for my order (despite it being visible to me in my orders history), and I had to personally contact them to enquire why my payment was not processed. Thankfully, their staff were friendly and helpful, and hopefully this problem will be fixed shortly. Still, I do recommend that paypal users check that their payment is accepted. Also, to those who are shopping for gifts, I should also caution that Sheapro may disassemble some of the packaging of your purchase for ease of delivery, unless you specify otherwise.
