I had high hopes because the agent I spoke to on 3 occassions in one day at 3 viewings seemed nice and much more accommodating than most agents. However, despite my open communication in person and via email, Shearer Property handled our unit applications carelessly and submitted it to a property we were NOT interested in and when phoned to find out what happened, they were dismissive of their carelessness. I can only imagine what it would be like to deal with them on a regular basis now. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise. The staff are also unempathetic and cold on the phone. An experience no honest prospective tenant should have to go through.
