Very helpful and great to deal with. Real country town friendliness. My shed is outstanding so easy to use and has added so much to my gardening hobby with a place to do potting and keep my tools etc. I am happy to recommend.

As many people have said below...avoid this mob at all costs! I wish i'd looked on here before putting the deposit down. I wanted to buy from Shedcity to support local business but boy what a massive mistake that was. It ended up being the most dificult, frustrating experience ive ever had. Customer service is virtually non exisitant once the deposit has been made. Then to add insult to injury the shed itself is of poor quality IMO. All their sheet metal is paper thin causing it to warp when fixed to the purlins, they cut their spacers from square tube and dont even use a jig therefore all are slightly different size, the 'free 1m wide welded access door' is just a square tube frame with 2 hinges (we werent offered a pre hung access door which we would have gladly paid extra for and in fact did so from another company after the fact), they were short on screws (both wall/roof), supply guttering but cant even supply end stops or pops, i was offered 'free base ...read more

The worst buying experience of my life. After paying the deposit, nothing happened for weeks. Left numerous telephone messages & emails but no-one would reply. I eventually received the specifications for the shed which I needed to submit to council but the specs were incorrect and incomplete. I eventually spoke to Robert (Rob) who has to be the rudest person I have ever dealt with. I suggested that given all the issues, I'd like to cancel the order. He said you can't cancel and hung up on me. Weeks later I was eventually put through to him again and he wanted to charge me $2,000 to have their tech specs corrected - I refused. As a result of the constant lack of communication from them, my wife & I actually drove to Kilmore to meet them face to face. At least they are consistent - they are eqully rude to your face as they are on the phone.
