Lauren has been my hairdresser for many years and is always an absolute delight to deal with. I am not good with styles etc and Lauren is able to restyle my hair (I'm the one that says 'I don't know do whatever you think looks good' when asked 'what are we having done today?') and I know I will always walk away feeling really good about my hair and very satisfied with the end result. Lauren now cuts my three year old son's hair, she gave him his first haircut (11 months) and was wonderful with him. She's patient and again understands me when I say something like 'I still want it longish but just off his ears and eyes, oh and with some style to it but nothing that I have to 'do' anything to on a daily basis!'
