I recommend to not go to this salon! Had my eyebrows tattoo what a mess . Then when I rang to speak to owner so rude . No customer service . Dirty salon . Wasted my money

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. First of all i went to my appointment 30 mins earlier for my 10 am appointment as i like to be on time. When 10am arrives i went to ring the door bell and no one answers, i rang a few times more still no one answers the door. I also rang the telephone and no pick up. I rang twice. No one called back. Finally the lady turned up 10 or something mins late. She didn't bother to apologise instead ranted on how she got held up at nursing home etc. Etc. And still no apologies! When i went inside the salon it was cold and room smelled of bleach, no ventilation whatsoever. The lady then went on to complain that she won't do anymore voichers as she's not making much money etc...
Customer service is horrible rude and unprofessional. Facility is not nice either. I didn't go ahead with my appointment as i didn't feel comforts lying on ...read more

It was my wedding anniversary today and I can't thank Julie from Sheer Impressions enough. I know it was a Groupon voucher however you made me look and feel like a million dollars. I can't express how amazing you made me look my hair was the best it has ever been. I will definitely be seeing you again and again and I would definitely recommend anyone to go and see Julie and the young girls at Sheer Impressions. My husband loved it and I loved it. Friendly greeting as soon as you come through the door and the massage and facial was so lovely and relaxing, just what I needed. Very clean and tidy . Dont be put off by some other reviews, give this small business a go, I will definitely return. Linda

I cannot believe how poor their customer service is and they simply refuse to budge n admit their bad service. I bought a groupon from them n rang up to change my appointment. No one answered so I left a msg saying I can't make it please ring me n left my no. They did not bother to ring n cancelled my appointment saying my groupon has been forfeited. They refused to reschedule n refused to let me reinstate n just flatly said it was my fault for not reading it n it's null n void. How would they feel about paying money for a treatment that gets forfeited without any verification. The worse groupon experience I ever had. Consider it a very expensive lesson. Don't ever go to them
