Shelflex provided us a quote to fit out our 4 walk in robes for our new home. Having received two other quotes from other companies which provided drawings of the layout as part of the quote we asked Shelflex to provide us with drawings to get a better understanding of the layout. Shelflex would not provide us with drawings unless we paid a deposit but assured us that we could change the layout upon receiving them. To win our business Shelflex said they would include 100 wooden coat hangers as part of the package, we accepted the quote and paid a deposit. After receiving and reviewing the drawings, we wanted to make some changes and were told it would be additional charges to the change. Once we agreed to the additional cost for the changes they proceeded with the work.
