I have had ongoing issues with the staff in this Shell service station for many years including, filling up my vehicle the 'incorrect way', and therefore having the pump turned off remotely. Today (27/9/12) my mother called me in distress as her vehicle would not start so I went to the Shell with jumper leads, and was told by a boy of approximately 18 years of age that we had to push it off the apron (Then disappeared)!? There is nothing in relation to starting a vehicle in any sort of manner on the shell website; only while filling. Rude unhelpful and even worse is the fact, they attempt to just ruin your day. Why???? Never again
Very rude afternoon staff (14/7/09) who forced me to leave when they would not allow me to pump fuel unless they first got my car rego number.
I have refueled there for years and even had my car serviced there, but never again!! I left and purchased twice as much fuel around the corner at the BP where I was served with speed and courtesy.
As a customer I do not care about your internal policies, all I want is good , courteous service !!
