Shenkin Eatery
We have been providing great coffee and top quality food to the community of Erskineville now for over five years. Starting our business in Erskineville, we wanted to do something different.

Expanding from the already established three shops across Sydney caf landscapes, Shenkin now opens its fourth store at the cafe-friendly Crown St of Surry Hills. This relatively spacious establishment features contemporary wooden dcor made beautiful by the natural sunshine coming from the front entrance, with modern folk songs playing on the background, making the atmosphere feels very calming and friendly.
They serve all-day breakfast and lunch options every day. I managed to try out "The Bite". The dish stays true to its middle eastern roots for its flavour, consisting of muffin sized avocado felafel with poached eggs on top as the main event of the dish, as well as a bed of mushroom, salad, bread and special Allenby sauce all over the dish. It was a very fresh and exciting meal, definitely different from your run of the mill breakfast selections.
The staffs are friendly and accommodating, and prompt service is also something you will notice when you come here.
