Absolutely disappointed with quality of work and service.. still have my car didn't want to help or fix stuff propley.. then tried to kill me with an unroad worthy loan car.. needs police and ombudsmen investigation.. i havet even started yet.. vic roads and police need to know about them!
Went to Shepherds on the recommendation of other mechanic that I have a great deal of trust with. Had a small issue with the front right crossmember. Was quoted elsewhere over $800 to fix, so took it to Shepherds in the hope that they could fix it for me easily. Job done in an hour, and as good as new. Surprisingly extremely cheap too!! ;) Many thanks to Shepherds, would recommend them in a heart beat.
Our company vehicle was towed here after a some what minor accident. (New bumper, quarter panel & dash).
They held onto the car for OVER TWO MONTHS.
Upon picking up the car the bonnet was crooked, there was oil on the front seat, the windscreen was leaking water & the radio kept dropping out.
The car has broken down three times sense picking it up & is now in the hands of another shop.
Huge inconvenience to our business, not to mention the massive cost of a hire van.
