Hi I was at your parramatta store on 24th April afternoon! Just 1 lady staff in the store.
First She purposely disregarded me when I was looking for assistance, and on top of that when I went to her for assistance, she was so lethargic and her reply was so rude and unfriendly and unconcerned! I felt she was racistic too!
Wow this staff has to be warned and trained in customer service!
Would never come to your unwelcoming store again nor refer your brand to friends!
