I have been to the Kogarah salon twice to get my hair cut and coloured. Both times I didn't get what I asked for. They completely stuffed up and ruined my hair. The reason I come back a second time was because I thought I'd give them another chance with a different hairdresser. However, I experienced the same problem as I did before, despite her assuring me that she knew what she was doing and that was very experienced.

The first hairdresser I got was Bel. I had asked for layers and some highlights (half head). What I got was a very poor attempt at a layered haircut and uneven highlights. KRISTAL KRISTAL ,, she is professional gave me a complete CONSULt about what I needed and how she will do it and I have never walked out so happy I skipped to my car with my beautiful blonde foils cut and blow, she is the master colourist of that salon and the best hairdresser in roselands from professional to detail and on her word about her work, she gave me a instergram name she deserves the praise look her up kristallohair_ thank you Kristal you made my hair beautiful just like you,.

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years. The salon was so overbooked that I wasn't left at the basin with foils in for hours. Junior staff kept asking me what I needed to do next, but I'm not a hairdresser so I had no clue. My hair was so overtones they had to strip it back, leaving it damaged, snapping and a horrible blonde colour. Left with hair worse than I came in. Not only that the customers service to follow wasn't absolutely horrible. So disappointing, but never returning.

This salon has such a poor level of customer service. Not only did I request a senior and then had a junior attempt to perform a full head of foils. After realising she was taking too long 3 different people cam over to try and help her finish and no one communicated as to how I was having my foils done so the colour was completely inconsistent all over. Then they burnt my scalp so badly that it bleed for 2 days and then blistered. My hair cut was horrific. I had long black hair now now I have an 80s style cut with layers ever after I had specifically requested no layers. They still charged me $200 after burning my hair. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hairdressing salon. Will never return and would advise people to steer clear if they value there hair In any way!

The beat hair dressing and beauty salon I have ever come across my friend got some beauty work done for her formal and they did a magnificent job they never fail to cut my hair how I please and are amazing in all aspects highly recommend as this salon never disappoints
