Ross arrived on time and quickly got to work spraying my unit to eradicate my German cockroach problem. Very friendly and personable and took no time at all. More importantly, he told me what to expect timeframe wise and also gave me numerous tips to avoid future cockroach infestations.
So far so good and would recommend this service. Will provide update over the next couple of months.

This company cancelled the appointment time at the last minute, then we rescheduled only to have them not turn up again without any contact at all. We’ve tried calling them and texting with no response! I wouldn’t use this company again and would warn anyone else thinking of using them, not to!
How’s can anyone run a business this way? We shouldn’t have to take 2 Days
off work to get stuffed around by a company that clearly has no idea of how to run a business! NOT HAPPY!!!!!

Really poor service. Bought a voucher after looking at the 2013 reviews of this company. His service has obviously gone down hill fast because I have waited for three months and he missed the last two appointments made without any excuse. I rang the coupon company and got my money back.

Unreliable, unprofessional service. Bought a voucher for this company who cannot honour the deal, not sure why they are advertising about reliable service, if they cannot provide a service. I have been waiting since July for the pest treatment to be done. Cheap deal but not worth it.
