Shimbu is a Tibetan-fusion restaurant that serves a variety of dishes from different parts of the world. I don't know enough about Tibetan food to say whether the Tibetan dishes are authentic but I can say that the food is very tasty! The fried chicken is delicious and the atmosphere is fun. It's a family-run restaurant and staff is lovely. It does get busy and the downside to the tiled walls is the noise at times.
