Today I had my first Brazillian in years, my therapist was lovely, made me feel really comfortable. I'm really happy with how it turned out! The results were great.

Being a beauty therapist myself i find it quite hard to relax, shut up and just have a good pamper session. I was given a voucher for mothers day. the experience was lovely. Great Pedi, facial was relaxing with good technique. i had done an extensive work out the day before so the body massage was great on the sore muscles. i paid to have my finger nails matched to my toe nails and i would pay full price to do it all again. the owner was lovely, she walked me to my car and carried my coat and shoes as i had drying nails and toe nails. i love the location. i just pity people who buy these vouchers that think they're beauty critics who are paying $1000's of dollars and want to bad mouth a small business.grow up. The massage is a RELAXATION voucher not a sports massage. That's exactly what i received. Loved the experience overall and will be back :) x

I had a coupon voucher for pedicure, facial and massage 2 hours worth. Pedicure and facial ok but a one handed massage while staff's other hand was using mobile was not very good at all very poor service. I even had it placed on me and beside me when staff had to get a towel. You can keep your $20 voucher as I won't be back. The idea of these vouchers is to promote your business and to encourage new clients to come back. Good luck with that :(

My sister bought coupons from the web for facial, massage and pedicure and gave me one as an xmas gift - bad experience. Firstly, the 2 hour service ended up being only 1.5 hours which we were not very happy about. Secondly, the massage was very poorly done. I should say that there wasn't any proper massage at all. Only oiling and scrubbing. The location was good with parking on the side street. Nice renovation however I do not tend to visit again.

I had a group-buying voucher for this - pedicure, massage and facial. All up , the experience was average - poor massage/facial and the pedicure involved soaking feet in a bowl of water (I have been spoilt by the Chinese pedicure places with bubbles and massage chairs!). I added on an eyebrow tint and shape, which was good though. The staff was nice... Unfortunately, will not return as full paying customer but OK if get a deal I guess.
