I had the besssttt experience at the Shine salon. The girls were so friendly and helpful, and they make you feel so comfortable when you go in for treatments, especially waxing! I only go there for my waxing now. And I just had a free facial which was amazing. Can't wait for my next free facial!!

Absolutely loved going to Shine at Chermside! I got the best spray tan. It has lasted for seven days and is so brown and no orange. I seriously would not go elsewhere ever again. The girls at Shine are lovely too, so helpful and they make you feel really comfortable. Thankyou Shine

Was told over the phone that the eyelash extensions lasted 2-3 weeks, but was told in store when I was getting it done that they actually only last 2-7 days, and I was getting it done for an occasion 5 days away.

Woke up the next morning with half already fallen off, but luckily, since they use a brand you can find at any beauty store and some grocery stores (Ardell Duralash), I had some at home that I had to reattach.



Complete waste of $60, however the eyebrow waxing was good.

I found the staff Friendly & caring. Love going there for all my waxing.

I turned up to my first appointment to be told that I was sent a text and my appointment had been cancelled. They had used a mobile number I dont even recognise. The person on the counter didnt bother to apologise, they were extremely rude. Made me sit for 30 mins before someone saw me. The therapist was lovely.
