Pre purchased voucher, went there only got told to come back the next day as not enough staff. Got told for sure my car would be serviced. Came back following day, office was closed. Unbelievable! Came all the way from Box Hill twice for nothing, only anger waste of money and time. Don’t bother going to them anymore.
In a nutshell rude service and an average car wash. Because I had pre-purchased coupons my wife and I went there 4 times and each time was the same. On the last occasion they tried to get me to drive 15 minutes down the road to another franchise because they said they were too busy. The outside still had dirt marks but I couldn't be bothered arguing with them. I'll just avoid Shine car washes in the future.
