I have been so happy with my facials over the last 12-18 months at Shine. I have seen Sharaya and Alesia, and have taken on their advice with really positive results! My skin is the best it has ever been, much stronger and survived the busy stressful Christmas period without showing on my face! Shine skin and body was excellent when it first started out, but not anymore. It is hard to get an appointment, if you insist, only ask for Sheridan, other therapists are rough and they don't do a good extraction. They leave your face with lots of popups after the facial. I feel they are more money oriented now. I used to feel easy, relax and comfortable years ago but now am forces to move on as i feel their values have changed. Ella Bache would be better if you are looking for a painless facial. Extraction is such an old school method!

I had high hopes for this place after reading reviews, the girl was nice enough, pleasant, yet the extractions were terrible, I had to go over everything myself again to extract what was left behind, a lot of fingers were used compared to other places, didn't feel professional in terms of the extractions and then was of course given the obligatory 'you should use this and this and yes, we sell it' spiel. Spent a small fortune, left disappointed, will look elsewhere next time.

I am sorry that you didn't feel you received the benefits from your facial. We pride ourselves on our extraction facials and how many extractions we do. I have tried to find your details on our system, but can't seem to find you? when did you come in? I would like to have the chance to talk to help you. Are you able to call me? 0431 430 490.
In our 70min facial we can only do however many extractions the skin can cope with or that time allows. Some people require more than 1 facial if there is a lot to come out. We do recommend homecare if we feel there is a gap in what you are using. Some homecare can be the cause of the problems.

I was about to give up trying to find someone in Melbourne that does facial extractions and then through a blog I read up good reviews on Sheridan. I've now had 2 sessions with her and I am finding my skin is getting better. Like other reviewers say she offers honest, good advice on skin care. She is amazing! Thank you for all your help!
