What delightful service we received this morning from Eddie. He was considerate and rang to advise he was running 10 minutes late. He certainly knows his work and is so honest and friendly. I am so glad I discovered him, and if I need any future repairs , I will not hesitate to call again . Thank you Eddie , well done !
I do not agree with the other reviews on this page AT ALL!!!! Eddie went above and beyond for our washing machine repair. We were so impressed with his amazing customer service. He is far better and more fairy priced over the other Adelaide competition. He is also extremely genuine and trustworthy. He replaced the drain pump, but said he wasn't sure if that was the reason our machine wasn't draining or if it was the computer board so he said I will leave you with the new pump and if that doesn't work let me know and I will come back and take the part out so you can buy a new machine and not have to pay for a useless drain pump. He did not make us pay anything until we knew what the problem was. We ended up needing a new washing machine in the end and he was so prompt in coming out. After having no one turn up on three occasions from another company I was given the number for Shiraz Refrigeration. I called and a very friendly Eddy answered. He could help the next day. Arriving ten minutes early he explained what was wrong and how much repairs would cost. My washer was picked up the next day ( again 10mins early). The repairs were done and the washer returned the following day at the time I was told. They even did an extra service at no extra cost.Would I recommend them? Absolutely!
I am not satisfied with the service and communication offered by this company. A repair job on a washing machine which should have taken 3 business days took more than 8 business days. They have made no effort to provide us with a temporary replacement in the meantime, although it was promised several times after we had called them.
